1. Who we are

Intellicore is the data controller for personal data collected through intellicore.ae. Each of our companies, including JourneyIQ, publishes its own privacy policy for its own products and website.

2. What we collect

  • Enquiries: the details you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, optional company and phone number, the topic you choose and your message.
  • Technical data: your IP address and basic request information in our hosting provider's server logs, used to keep the site secure.
  • Analytics: only if you allow analytics cookies, anonymised information about the pages you visit. See our cookie policy.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you and to follow up on the matter you raised, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We use technical data to secure the site. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

4. Who we share it with

Your enquiry may be shared within the Intellicore group where that is needed to answer it, for example with JourneyIQ if you ask about forecourts. We also use service providers for hosting and email, who process data only on our instructions.

5. Where it is stored

Our website and email are hosted by service providers whose servers may be outside the United Arab Emirates. Where data leaves the UAE or South Africa we rely on the safeguards the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and POPIA require.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for [RETENTION PERIOD FOR ENQUIRIES, e.g. 24 months] after our last contact with you, unless the enquiry leads to a contract, in which case we keep what that contract requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent at any time.
